He is the holder of a BSc. Sociology, Minors: Psychology & Human Resource Management (Upper Second Class); Postgraduate Diploma in Mediation Studies; MSc. Small and Medium Enterprise Management, and a Bachelor of Law.
He is a Certified Negotiator (ILO); Certified Mediator (Mediation Board of T&T); Certified Counsellor, & an Event Management professional.
