Dear Member,
You are invited to participate in a Focus Group by Eastern Credit Union. The purpose of this Focus Group is to evaluate members’ perception of our website and social media pages.
As part of this study, you will be placed in a group of approximately 7 to 10 other members. A moderator will ask you several questions while facilitating the discussion. The session will be recorded for information purposes and a note-taker will be present. However, your responses will remain confidential and will include no names in the final report.
Please note that there are no right or wrong answers to focus group questions. Eastern Credit Union wants to hear the many varying viewpoints and would like for everyone to contribute their thoughts.
Should you choose to participate, you will be asked to respect other focus group members’ privacy by not disclosing any content discussed during the study. The sessions will be conducted online via the Zoom Platform.
The first 30 responses receive by July 27, 2021 confirming participation and signing the below consent form will receive an invitation to participate. Please select the date and time you can participate.
Sessions should be no longer than 1 ½ hours. All participants selected to participate in the focus group will receive $150 on Deposit Account to compensate for their time. This will be credited to your account after the Focus Group Session.
