Members who have not yet collected their new chip-enabled card are urged to do so as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in access to ATM, POS, and other card services.

What you need to do:

• Visit your home branch at your earliest convenience
• Present one valid form of national identification:
  • Passport
  • National ID Card
  • Driver’s Permit
