Eastern Connect welcomes all members of Eastern Credit Union who are 18 years of age and above, inviting them into a world of digital convenience.

Answer: For Online Banking:

  • A secure internet connection and a PC.
  • A unique user ID and Password for secure login.
  • A valid e-mail address.
  • Compatibility with browsers like Internet Explorer (Version 7+), Mozilla Firefox (Version 12+), Safari, Google Chrome, and on tablets.

For Mobile Banking:

  • An Android (2.3+) or any version of iOS smartphone.
  • A valid e-mail address for seamless communication.

Online Registration:

  • Visit www.easterncutt.com and fill out the Eastern Connect Registration Form.
  • Print and sign the form, then drop by your branch to activate.

Branch Registration:

  • Simply fill in the application form, sign, and hand it to our Customer Service Representative at your local branch.

Your password is the key to your financial kingdom, so make it strong:

  • 6 to 15 characters long,
  • combining at least three of the following: Uppercase letters, lowercase
  • letters, numbers, and special characters like *,&,#, @.
  • Avoid spaces and parts of your login name to
  • ensure complexity.

Yes, Eastern Credit Union is your financial guard, employing sophisticated hardware and software with the industry’s top security features.

You are the only one who can access your account information online as you are required to enter your Username and Password to access the system.

The Password will consist of alphanumeric characters. Eastern Credit Union staff will not have access to users’ Passwords.

Under NO circumstances should you reveal your Password(s) to anyone including Eastern Credit Union employees or any organization.

If you believe your password has been compromised contact Eastern Credit Union’s Electronic Banking Systems Department at [email protected] immediately or visit your Branch to have your password reset.

Eastern Connect allows you to view all your deposit (Savings, Jade, Evolution 50, Fixed Deposits), shares and loan accounts.

You can transfer to and from your Savings Accounts, Deposit/ Jade Account/ Evolution 50 Account to your Shares Account/ Loan Account or other Deposit Account (Savings Deposit/ Evolution 50/ Jade) however the minimum balance of $500 must be maintained. Only TRANSFERS to your LOAN and SHARE accounts are allowed.
