- Extended Eligibility: Coverage includes the member, their spouse or significant other, parents, and dependent children up to age 25, or for life if permanently disabled.

Important Plan Details
- Waiting Period: A 6-month waiting period is in effect before the plan’s approval. Claims made due to accidental deaths within this period are honoured, ensuring immediate protection.
- Claim Period: Beneficiaries have up to 2 years from the time of death to file a claim, providing flexibility during difficult times.
- Exclusions: Deaths resulting from criminal activities are not covered, ensuring the integrity of the plan.
