Dale’s arrival marks a significant enrichment to our team, as he brings with him over two decades of specialized experience in managing ICT across diverse sectors including banking, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. His expertise in technology management within the financial sector is particularly noteworthy, having successfully managed the design and deployment of mortgage portfolio systems across financial institutions in the Eastern Caribbean.
Prior to joining us, Dale’s career included pivotal roles such as providing ICT Project Management and leadership services to the Home Mortgage Bank and a transformative tenure as Manager of Information Technology at the Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Finance Co Ltd. There, he was instrumental in devising and implementing a host of strategic ICT initiatives, significantly enhancing their operational efficiency and technological footprint. Dale’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Master of Science in Information Management Systems from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
